Sol and Sage sees the woman behind the screen longing to be seen. She has been taught to soften herself into something more acceptable, something quieter. Here, objects are created not to conceal, but to reveal. To hold the feeling of who you are when you allow yourself to live, to dress, and to be fully. A piece worn often, something kept long after its moment, a detail that stays with you. These are the things that become part of your story, part of your becoming. This is an invitation to step into the light, to feel deeply, and to exist in your most expressive, honest abundance.
ROOTED IN JOY
Sol and Sage was founded by Julia Iannielli; brand director, artist, and lifelong poet, whose work is shaped by over 17 years of writing grounded in observation and radical self honesty. Created by and for the renaissance woman, the fashionista, the explorer, the one who hosts, feels, and becomes. Our brand exists as a reflection and invitation. What began as a personal ritual of creating small pockets of joy while living with chronic illness has evolved into a distinct design language defined by softness, intention, and expressive abundance. As a disability-owned, woman-owned, and queer-owned brand, Sol and Sage is guided entirely by lived experience; encouraging a life dressed in color, emotion, and unapologetic presence.
