Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Sol and Sage currently ships within the United States. Each order is thoughtfully prepared and fulfilled with care. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it becomes part of their network, and transit times, delays, or delivery outcomes fall outside of our control. Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as Sol and Sage is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DELIVERY & LOST PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered, Sol and Sage is not responsible for lost or stolen items, to the extent permitted by law. If your package cannot be located, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to file a claim. In the case of suspected theft, a police report should be filed for documentation. While we will always do our best to support you, resolution of these situations is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of Sol and Sage.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items that are unused and in original condition. To be accepted, all items must be returned in their original packaging and free from any signs of wear, marks, scuffs, or damage. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the sender.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required under applicable law, and all returns must be approved prior to being sent.

Every piece created by Sol and Sage is made with intention and care. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above, while retaining any rights available to you under California and federal law.
